Day-to-day duties: • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar You should bring willing to work at heights for facade cladding; able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists; physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs.
