Back-of-house cleaner • Gonda, Uttar Pradesh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off. ₹13,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
