What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
