You should bring good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
