Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Nicobar, Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
