Dough maker — Rangareddi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Rangareddi, State of Telangana. You will work at a busy bakery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
