Visual inspection operator — Malappuram

Vacancy available: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Malappuram, State of Kerala. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping The role involves check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items.
