Glass and glazing technician • Rayagada, State of Odisha

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Rayagada, State of Odisha. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. Day to day you will clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Rotating shifts.
