Surface coating operator — Dakshina Kannada

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Dakshina Kannada, State of Karnataka. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred.
