What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer ₹19,500 per month plus benefits.
