Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Dhule, State of Maharashtra. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
