Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kra Daadi, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will be based at a busy bakery. You should bring able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; able to work early-morning and night shifts. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
