Urgent requirement: tandoor cook (State of Tamil Nadu)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Perambalur, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideally you have willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; strong knife skills and speed on the line. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
