Urgent requirement: butcher (State of Arunachal Pradesh)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Lower Siang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideally you have physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
