Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Surendranagar, State of Gujarat. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
