Urgent requirement: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Korba, State of Chhattisgarh. On a typical shift you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. Ideally you have clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions; confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot; strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills.
