Commis chef wanted in Palakkad district

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Palakkad district, State of Kerala. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays We offer ₹39,500 per month plus benefits.
