Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Bhadrak, State of Odisha. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
