Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Jalgaon, State of Maharashtra. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain You should bring able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; 2+ years experience working as a butcher.
