Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ramanathapuram, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work at a roadside dhaba. We are looking for able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
