Urgent requirement: kitchen steward (State of Himachal Pradesh)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lahul and Spiti, State of Himachal Pradesh. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should bring good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus).
