Vacancy available: canteen cook (State of Nagaland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Peren, State of Nagaland. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideally you have food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 6+ years on the tools preferred.
