Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Kondagaon, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements The role involves: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Rotating shifts.
