Urgent requirement: we are hiring a truck driver in Panipat, State of Haryana. The job is at a haulage company. Requirements: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence On a typical shift you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars.
