Join our team: we are hiring an industrial painter in Sangli, State of Maharashtra. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Day-to-day duties: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting 6+ years on the tools preferred.
