On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should bring 2+ years' experience as a baker; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; food handler / hygiene certificate.
