Commis chef wanted in Thiruvallur

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Thiruvallur, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should bring strong knife skills and speed on the line; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking.
