Solar panel installer — Baudh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a solar panel installer in Baudh, State of Odisha. On a typical shift you will terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing; run DC cabling from panels to combiner boxes and string inverters; fit tile hooks, in-roof mounting kits or flat-roof ballast trays; label DC and AC circuits and complete the system handover pack; lay out panel strings to match the shading and layout plan. Ideal candidate: • Health and safety awareness (harness, fall arrest, ladder safety) • Proven experience installing rooftop or ground-mount PV systems • Good head for heights and comfortable on ladders and roofs We offer ₹1,650 per day plus benefits.
