Concrete worker — Kanpur

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete worker in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based on a road and bridge project. You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Day to day you will cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
