The role involves guide loads through tight openings into their final position; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
