Vacancy available: we are hiring a solar PV technician in Jharsuguda District, State of Odisha. The job is on a residential rooftop. Requirements: • Able to read PV layout drawings and wiring diagrams • Physically fit for lifting and carrying panels all day The role involves: • Lay out panel strings to match the shading and layout plan • Mount racking rails and mounting brackets on roof trusses or ground-mount frames • Carry out continuity and insulation resistance tests on strings • Fit tile hooks, in-roof mounting kits or flat-roof ballast trays Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
