Great opportunity: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Pay around ₹32,000 per month, based on your experience.
