Surface coating operator — East Delhi

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in East Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. You will work on an industrial coating line. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
