Immediate opening: we are hiring a reservations and front desk agent in NTR, State of Andhra Pradesh. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Confident using a PMS (Opera, Fidelio, Protel or similar) Day to day you will verify ID and payment details against the booking record; handle same-day, online and phone reservations; allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows.
