The role involves pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Pay around ₹22,000 per month, based on your experience.
