Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Khagaria, State of Bihar. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
