Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
