Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Almora, State of Uttarakhand. You will work at a wholesale meat market. We are looking for confident knife skills and safe blade handling; 2+ years experience working as a butcher; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder 4+ years on the tools preferred.
