Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Ferrukhabad

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ferrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should bring basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); good teamwork with chefs and floor staff. On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₹30,500 per month plus benefits.
