Argon arc welder • Kohima, State of Nagaland

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Kohima, State of Nagaland. The role involves TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. We are looking for ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage; able to pass a weld test on the spot; comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₹25,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
