You should have: • Familiar with the colour-coded cleaning system • Smart grooming and high personal hygiene standards Day to day you will service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist; report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room; carry out turndown service in the evening; restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals.
