Urgent requirement: back-of-house cleaner (State of Arunachal Pradesh)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lower Dibang Valley, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Full-time with occasional weekends.
