Vacancy available: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Karur, State of Tamil Nadu. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently The role involves: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
