Immediate opening: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration You should bring ITI in welder trade or equivalent; steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances; aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety.
