Catering cook — Hanumangarh

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Hanumangarh, State of Rajasthan. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideally you have able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; strong knife skills and speed on the line. Pay around ₹39,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
