Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet You will patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. ₹33,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
