Now hiring: articulated lorry driver (State of Bihar)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Kishanganj, State of Bihar. The job is on long-haul routes across the country. On a typical shift you will secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels. We are looking for good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules; confident with manual handling and load securing. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
