Immediate opening: powder coater (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Bandipore, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work on an industrial coating line. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
