Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
