Urgent requirement: we are hiring an ironing operator in Porbandar, State of Gujarat. The job is at a textile finishing unit. Day to day you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; give each garment a final press before packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
